银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤的实验及分析

摘    要:目的探讨银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法健康家兔24只,采用完全随机分为3组:对照组、模型组和实验组,每组8只。观察三组的MDA、SOD、肺干湿比、IL-10及TNF—α变化。结果三组MDA比较,差异皆有统计学意义(P〈0.05);模型组SOD与其他两组比较,差异皆有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组与对照组SOD比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。三组肺干湿比比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。三组IL-10比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);三组TNF—α比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤具有明显的保护作用。

Experiment and analysis on ginkgo leaf extract and Dipyridamole injection for acute lung injury

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on acute lung injury. Methods 24 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group,model group and experimental group,with 8 rats in each group.The MDA,SOD,lung wet/dry weight ratio,IL-10 and TNF-α changes of three groups were observed. Results There was significant difference in the MDA among the three groups (P 〈 0.05);Compared with the other two groups,the SOD had statistically significant difference in model group (P 〈 0.05).There was not significant difference in the SOD between the experimental group and the control group (P 〈0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the lung wet/dry weight ratio among the three groups (P 〈 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the IL-10 among the three groups(P 〈 0.05);The difference was statistically significant in the TNF-α among the three groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has significant protective effects on acute lung injury.
