银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤的实验及分析

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法健康家兔24只，采用完全随机分为3组：对照组、模型组和实验组，每组8只。观察三组的MDA、SOD、肺干湿比、IL-10及TNF—α变化。结果三组MDA比较，差异皆有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；模型组SOD与其他两组比较，差异皆有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组与对照组SOD比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。三组肺干湿比比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。三组IL-10比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；三组TNF—α比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤具有明显的保护作用。

Experiment and analysis on ginkgo leaf extract and Dipyridamole injection for acute lung injury

Objective To explore the protective effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on acute lung injury. Methods 24 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups： control group,model group and experimental group,with 8 rats in each group.The MDA,SOD,lung wet/dry weight ratio,IL-10 and TNF-α changes of three groups were observed. Results There was significant difference in the MDA among the three groups （P 〈 0.05）;Compared with the other two groups,the SOD had statistically significant difference in model group （P 〈 0.05）.There was not significant difference in the SOD between the experimental group and the control group （P 〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant in the lung wet/dry weight ratio among the three groups （P 〈 0.05）.The difference was not statistically significant in the IL-10 among the three groups（P 〈 0.05）;The difference was statistically significant in the TNF-α among the three groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has significant protective effects on acute lung injury.
