静脉用中药注射剂的安全性探讨

摘    要:中药注射剂,是一种我国中医学独创的临床应用剂型,对感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病以及急危重症抢救等具有非常重要的作用和意义。本文就目前影响静脉用中药注射剂安全性的因素进行简要的总结和分析,分别对中药制剂自身的质量影响和临床应用的安全性影响进行了探讨。并研究提出加强中药注射剂安全性的措施,分别从完善中药注射剂的生产工艺、强化有害物质的检测、加强对药材原料的质量监管以及提高中药注射剂配伍的合理性来分析,从而不断提高中药注射剂临床应用的稳定性和安全性,降低患者不良反应的发生率,推动中药注射剂的长效、健康发展。

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine injection is a unique clinical dosage in Chinese medicine. It has a very important role and significance in the treatment of infectious diseases, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and acute and rescue critically ill patients etc.In this paper,the factors of currently affecting the safety of Chinese medicine intravenous injection were summarized and analyzed. The effect of Chinese medicine preparations quality and the effect of clinical application security were respectively explored. And proposed to the measures to strengthen the security of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Respectively analyzed improving the production process of traditional Chinese medicine injections,strengthen the detection of harmful substances,strengthen quality supervision of medicinal raw materials and improve the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections compatibility.Thereby increasing the stability and security of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical application,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, promote traditional Chinese medicine injections long-term and healthy development.
