氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床效果观察

目的探讨氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘的治疗效果。方法自2011年1月～2013年12月间我院门诊共收治146例小儿支气管哮喘患者，根据用药情况随机分为两组各73例，两组患者采用相同的对症治疗方法，此外，对照组给予糖皮质激素静滴及氨茶碱，观察组在对照组的基础上联合盐酸氨溴索治疗，共治疗4周，比较两组临床疗效、喘憋消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间。结果观察组总有效率为93．15％，对照组为72．6％，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组喘憋消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间及咳嗽消失时间与对照组比较明显较短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氨茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管哮喘有较好的临床效果，安全性较高，可以在临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of aminophyiline combined with ambroxol hydroclfloride in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods 146 children with bronchial asthma were selected during the period from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into the two groups based on the medication, each group had 73 cases,the patients in the two groups were given the same symptomatic treatment method, in addition, the control group was given glucocorticoids and aminophylline treatment, the observation group were ambroxol hydrochloride therapy on the basis of the control group,the total treatment time was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, asthma disappearance time, wheezing disappeared time, cough disappeared time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.15%, that of the control group was 72.6%, the difference was significant in the total effective rate between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The asthma, wheezing and cough disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydroehloride in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma has better clinical results, high security, can be applicated in clinical.
