两种方法治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折临床疗效比较

目的探讨克氏针内固定联合外固定支架以及钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析在我院进行治疗的桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的患者50例的临床资料。其中24例患者采用有限切口克氏针内固定联合外固定支架治疗，26例患者采用钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果两组术后6个月腕关节活动度以及骨折愈合优良率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论克氏针内固定联合外固定架方法治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折与钢板内固定临床疗效相似，并且具有创伤小、避免二次手术等优点，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of two methods for treatment of unstable distal radius fracture

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Kirschner wire fixation combined with external fixation and plates internal fixation for treatment of unstable distal radius fracture. Methods Clinical data of 50cases with unstable distal radius fracture were analyzed. 24 cases were treated by Kirschner wire fixation combined with external fixation, and 26 cases were treated by plates internal fixation. Clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results After operation, wrist joint activity and excellent fracture healing rates of combined group showed no significant difference combined to group of plates internal fixation（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared to plates internal fixation, Kirschner wire fixation combined with external fixation for unstable distal radius fracture shows same clinical efficacy. But it shows advantages of surgical trauma, avoiding secondary operation, worthy of clinical application.
