术后早期功能锻炼指导对乳腺癌改良根治手术患者患侧上肢功能恢复的护理效果观察

目的探讨术后早期功能锻炼指导对乳腺癌改良根治手术患者患侧上肢功能恢复的护理效果。方法将66例乳腺癌改良根治术患者分为对照组和观察组各33例，对照组患者术后采用常规临床患肢功能锻炼指导，对观察组早期进行患侧上肢术后功能锻炼指导。术后1个月患者复诊时，对患肢功能恢复情况进行评价。结果两组患者评分经统计学分析后，得出经过早期功能锻炼指导后观察组患者患侧上肢功能恢复明显好于对照组，其生活质量及社会心理自信心也明显高于对照组。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后经过早期功能锻炼指导使患者患侧上肢功能恢复快，从而提高了患者的生活质量及适应社会的自信心。

Objective To observe the nursing effect on the upper limb function recovery with early functional exercise for modified radical operation of breast cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into the control group and experiment group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional limb functional exercise guidance, and the experiment group was given early functional exercise after the breast cancer operation. The limb functional recovery was evaluated by DASH table after postoperative one month. Results DASH scores of two groups were compared. The upper limb function recovery of experiment group was significantly better than that of control group after statistical analysis.The quality of life and social psychological self-confidence in experiment group were also significantly higher than control group. Conclusion After modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer, early functional exercise can make upper limb functional recover as soon as possible, and improve the quality of life and social self-confidence of the patients.
