心理护理干预对ICU患者心理状态影响研究

目的探讨心理护理干预对ICU患者心理状态影响。方法选取2009年6月～2010年10月在我院ICU重症监护室治疗的患者96例，将其患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各48例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予综合心理护理干预。观察比较护理前后两组患者的心理状态。结果两组患者护理后SLE-90评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组和对照组护理后HAMD评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对ICU患者在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理指导，能够有效改善患者不良的心理状态，值得临床推广使用．

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on psychological status of ICU patients

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state of ICU patients. Methods Ninety-six patients receiving treatment in ICU of our hospital from June 2009 to October 2010 were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,with 48 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological state of the two groups before and after nursing was observed. Results After nursing,the two groups were different in the SLE-90 score,with statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）.After nursing,the two groups were different in the HAMD score,with statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The additional application of psychological nursing guide on the basis of conventional nursing can effectively improve the poor psychological state of ICU patients,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
