降糖化瘀胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床观察

目的探讨降糖化瘀胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月～2013年9月期间，住院部所收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者共计80例作为研究对象，按照数字随机表方法进行分组，对照组40例，观察组40例。对照组患者给予常规基础治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用降糖化瘀胶囊进行治疗。持续给药2个月以观察效果。结果经过为期2个月的治疗，观察组患者临床总有效率为92．5％（37／40），对照组为75．0％（30／40），观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗过程当中，观察组、对照组患者均未出现不良事件，数据对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论降糖化瘀胶囊对于糖尿病合并冠心病患者有确切的治疗效果，且用药安全，值得临床进一步应用与推广。

An clinical observation of Jiangtang Huayu capsules in the treatment of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Jiangtang Huayu capsules in the treatment of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the inpatient department of our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013 were selected as subjects. They were randomly assigned to control group and observation group based on the random number table, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given regular treatment, while the observation group was given Jiangtang Huayu capsules based on the regular treatment. The treatment lasted for two months and curative effects were observed afterwards. Results After the two-month treatment, total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5% （37/40）, and 75.0%（30/40） in the control group. The clinical effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. During the treatment, no adverse events were detected in neither the observation group nor the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jiangtang huayu capsules in the treatment of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease is safe and has favorable curative effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
