优质护理方法在临床普外患者护理实践过程中的效果观察

目的：为了进一步探讨我院所提出的优质护理方法的临床实际护理效果，从而为相关领域的研究提供借鉴依据。方法选取我院2012年8月～2013年8月期间普外科住院的患者368例为研究对象，进行了相关的比较研究。结果（1）两组患者实施不同临床护理措施后，优质护理组的184例患者实施护理后，总满意患者184例，总满意度为100.00%；常规护理组的184例患者实施护理后，总满意患者168例，总满意度为91.30%。总满意度组间比较，优质护理组患者的满意度显著高于常规护理患者的满意度，且差异具有统计学意义（x 2=16.73，P＜0.05）；（2）实施不同护理措施后，两组患者心理焦虑情况评分结果组间比较，优质护理组患者的得分水平显著的优于常规护理组患者的得分水平，差异具有统计学意义（t=3.14，P＜0.01）。结论在临床针对普外科患者实施临床护理实践的过程中，传统常规护理措施和方法相比较采用优质护理措施和方法的临床护理满意度情况更好，是临床针对普外科患者实施护理措施的理想选择。

Effect observation of quality nursing methods in nursing practice process of patients in clinical general surgery department

Objective To further investigate the clinical practical nursing effect of the quality nursing methods proposed by our hospital, thus providing reference for relevant studies. Methods 368 patients hospitalized in the general surgery department of our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the study subjects and studied comparatively. Results （1）After the implementation of different clinical nursing measures, all the 184 patients of the quality nursing group were satisfied, with the total satisfaction rate of 100.00%; Of the 184 patients of the conventional nursing group, 168 patients were satisfied, with the total satisfaction rate of 91.30%. The quality nursing group had significantly higher satisfaction rate than the conventional nursing group, with statistically significant difference（x2=16.73, P 〈 0.05）. （2）After the implementation of different nursing measures, the quality nursing group had significantly higher anxiety score than the conventional nursing group, with statistically significant difference（t=3.14, P〈0.01）. Conclusion In clinical nursing practice of the patients in general surgery department, quality nursing measures and methods show better clinical nursing satisfaction rate than conventional nursing measures and methods and therefore are ideal nursing options for the patients in clinical general surgery department.
