诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞检查在支气管哮喘患者管理中的应用价值

目的探讨诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞（EOS）检查在支气管哮喘患者管理中的应用价值。方法选择我院2012～2013年呼吸科收治的90例支气管哮喘患者的资料，患者经治疗，根据哮喘控制测试及肺功能按全球哮喘防治倡议，均达到停药标准，同时患者行诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞检查，根据患者嗜酸性粒细胞含量分为观察组（嗜酸性粒细胞〉1％，50例）及对照组（嗜酸性粒细胞〈1％，40例），随访4周，比较两组患者控制哮喘测试及肺功能指标。结果观察组患者ACT测试达标率低、肺功能指标差，与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义。结论EOS是导致哮喘的主要炎性细胞，诱导痰EOS可作为支气管哮喘患者病情监测的重要指标。

An analysis on the application value of the examination of eosinopbilic granulocyte in induced sputum in the management of patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the application value of the examination of eosinophilic granulocyte（EOS） in induced sputum in the management of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 90 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to pneumology department in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected. After the treatment, based on the asthma control test and pulmonary functions of global initiative for asthma, all patients reached the standard of drug withdrawal. At the meantime, patients received the examination of EOS in induced sputum, and were assigned to observation group（EOS 〉 1%, 50 patients） and control group（EOS 〈 1%, 40 patient@ After four- week follow-up visit, the results of asthma control test and indices of pulmonary functions were compared between the two groups. Results Up-to-standard rate in the asthma control test and the indices of pulmonary functions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Cortelusion EOS is the main inflammatory cells causing asthma, and EOS in induced sputum can be considered as an important index of illness monitoring for patients with bronchial asthma.
