剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠41例早期诊断及处理体会

目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的早期诊断与处理措施。方法回顾性分析本院2010年6月～2013年6月收治的41例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的相关临床资料。结果与病理检查结果相比，本组41例患者超声中误诊3例，漏诊2例。41例患者的临床治疗效果均比较理想，子宫均得到保留，对于今后生育能力未造成影响。结论在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的临床诊治中，必须做到及早确诊，并且根据患者的实际病情采取相应的治疗措施。

Experience of early diagnosis and treatment of 41 patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods Relevant clinical data of 41 patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section who were admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared to pathological examination results, of the 41 patients, ultrasound misdiagnosed 3 patients and missed 2 patients. The clinical treatment effects of all the 41 patients were ideal and their uteri were all reserved, which did not influence their future fertility. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section, early diagnosis has to be done and relevant treatment measures should be taken based on the actual state of illness.
