顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效及对炎症介质的影响

目的观察顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效及对血清白细胞4（IL-4）、白细胞介素17（IL-17）及免疫球蛋白E（IgE）水平的影响。方法88例哮喘患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用顺尔宁片，观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后炎症介质及IgE水平变化情况。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-17及IgE水平较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；且治疗组下降幅度更为显著（P〈0．05）。结论顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切，其作用机制可能与降低炎性因子及IgE浓度水平有关。

Clinical effect of singulair in treatment of aasthma in children and its impact on inflammatory mediators

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of singulair in the treatment of asthma in children and its impact on serum leukocyte-4（IL-4）, interleukin-17（IL-17） and immunoglobulin E（IgE） levels. Methods Eighty- eight children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional therapy and the treatment group received singulair tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the changes of inflammatory mediators and IgE levels of the two groups after treatment were observed. Results The treatment group had significantly higher effective rate than the control group（P 〈 0.05）;The serum IL-4, IL-17 and IgE levels of the two groups after treatment improved significantly compared to those before treatment（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）; And the treament group decreased more significantly（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Singulair shows accurate efficacy in the treatment of asthma in children and its acting mechanism may relate to the reduction of inflammatory factors and IgE levels.
