护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗肾性高血压45例效果观察

目的探讨护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗肾性高血压患者的效果。方法选择在我院中医血液科住院的肾性高血压90例患者,按住院的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各45例,两组患者均接受常规的西药降压治疗及护理。而观察组则在对照组的基础上采用中药治疗,并给予相应的护理干预措施,比较两组患者治疗前后血压、尿蛋白及肾功能的变化。结果两组患者治疗后血压均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),尿蛋白及肾功能均有改善(P<0.05),但与对照组比较观察组的降压效果及肾功能改善更明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05);而尿蛋白两组患者的差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组患者总有效率达95.56%,而对照组患者总有效率只有68.89%,两组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论通过护理干预措施配合中西医结合治疗肾性高血压的效果比单用西药治疗效果要好。

The Effect of Nursing Interventions with Integrative Treatment of Renal Hypertension 45 cases Patients

Objective To study the effect of the nursing interventions with the colnbination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treat renal hypertension Methods 90 cases patients with renal hypertension in traditional Chinese Medicine department of hematology of our hospital,by the order in hospital is divided into observation group and control group,each group was 45 cases,all patients received conventional Western medicine antihypertensive treatment and care,While the observation group used in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine,and appropriate nursing interventions,blood pressure,urine protein and renal function were compared before and after treatment.Result After treatment,blood pressure decreased significantly(P<0.01.P<0.05),urinary protein and renal function was improved(P<0.05) in two groups,However,the antihypertensive effect of the observation group compared with the control group and renal function improved significantly,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),and difference of the two groups of patients with urinary protein is not obvious(P>0.05),the total effective rate of the observation group were 95.56% and the control group were 68.89%,the two groups,with significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion The single effect of nursing interventions with the Integrative Medicine treatment of renal hypertension is better than western medicine.
