| 摘 要： | 目的探讨贞红生发酊对小鼠触须毛囊体外培养生长速度与形态学改变的影响。方法将离体培养的小鼠触须毛囊分别置入对照组和高、中、低3种浓度的贞红生发酊溶液中,显微镜下观察各组毛囊生长速度及形态学变化。结果生发酊各组毛囊生长速度均大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而生发酊各组间以1.0g/L组生长作用最佳(P<0.05)。对照组第8天毛囊出现退行性变化,而生发酊各组毛囊仍维持生长期毛囊形态,且以1.0g/L组毛囊生长情况最佳,部分毛囊生长可达20d以上。结论贞红生发酊对体外培养的小鼠毛囊生长有明显的促进作用,并能较长时间保持毛囊的生长形态。
