自体股骨头结构性植骨全髋关节置换治疗髋臼后壁骨折

目的探讨髋臼后壁陈旧性骨折全髋关节置换的方法及临床疗效。方法 2001年4月至2009年4月用自体股骨头结构性植骨处理16例全髋关节置换术中髋臼后壁陈旧性骨折。结果 16例髋臼陈旧性骨折后行全髋关节置换取得了良好的临床疗效,术后髋关节功能恢复,关节功能采用Harris评分,优（〉90分）4例,良（80～89分）10例,尚可（70～79分）2例,差（〈70分）无。优良率87.5%。结论髋臼后壁陈旧性骨折后使用自体股骨头结构性植骨、全髋关节置换重建髋关节功能临床疗效满意。

Total Hip Arthroplasty With Structural Graft of Autogenous Femoral Head For Fractures of the Acetabular Posterior Wall

Objective To research the methods and results of old fractures of the acetabular posterior wall treated by THA.Methods From April 2001 to April 2009,structural grafting was used to repair old fractures of the acetabular posterior wall in 16 cases of THA.Results The satisfied clinical results havebeen achieved to old fractures of the acetabular posterior wallin 16 cases of THA,The hip joint function recovery after operation,the hip functions were evaluated by Harris score.excellent（90） in 4 cases,good（80～89）in 10 cases,fair（70～79） in 2 case, no poor（70）.The rate of excellentand and good was 87.5 percent.Conclusion The clinical results to use THA with structural graft of autogenous femoral head for old fractures of the acetabular posterior wall is satisfied in reconstruction of hip joint function.
