杭州市19家医院2004～2006年白内障眼用制剂利用分析

目的:评价白内障眼用制剂的临床应用特点及趋势。方法:采用用药频度排序法,对杭州市19家二级甲等以上医院2004～2006年几种主要抗白内障眼用制剂的用药频度、销售金额、日均费用进行统计、分析。结果:2004～2006年杭州市19家医院白内障眼用制剂用药频度先升后降,吡诺克辛钠(白内停,武汉远大)一直列用药频度第1位;销售金额逐年上升。结论:杭州市抗白内障眼用制剂使用品种较集中,日均费用从0.08元到1.85元,廉价药物在临床应用中占优势,应用情况基本合理。

Application of Ophthalmic Preparations for Cataract in 19 Hospitals in Hangzhou Area

OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the characteristics and tendency of the clinical application of ophthalmic preparations for cataract. METHODS： The method of DDDs ranking was applied for the statistical analysis of several ophthalmic preparations for cataract used in 19 hospitals （all ranked above second - level grade A） between 2004 and 2006 in respect of the DDDs, consumption sum and daily average cost （DDC） etc. RESULTS： From 2004 to 2006, the DDDs of ophthalmic preparations for cataract increased first and decreased afterwards, dominating the first place was Pirenoxine Sodium Eye Drops （Catalin, Wuhan Grand Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd） over the 3 years. The consumption sum of ophthalmic preparations for cataract increased year by year. CONCLUSION： The clinical application of ophthalmic preparations for cataract in Hangzhou was rational on the whole and characterized by concentrated in drug variety, wide range in daily average cost （from 0.08 yuan to 1.85yuan） and dominant use of low - cost ophthalmic preparations.
