摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定盐酸米诺环素缓释片主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo ODS-C_(18),流动相为0.2 mol·L~(-1)草酸铵-0.01 mol·L~(-1)乙二胺四乙酸二钠-二甲基甲酰胺-四氢呋喃(600:180:120:80),检测波长为280 nm,进样量为20μL,流速为1.5 mL·min~(-1)。结果:米诺环素检测浓度的线性范围为0.05~0.5 mg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.11%,RSD=0.5%。结论:本方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

Determination of Main Components in Minocycline Hydrochloride Sustained - release Tablets by HPLC

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of main components in minocycline hydrochloride sustained- release tablets. METHODS: The sample was separated on ODS- C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.2 mol·L^-1 ammonium oxalate - 0.01 mol·L^-1 edetate disodium- dimethylformamide- tetrahydrofuran (600 : 180 : 120 : 80) at a flow rate of 1.5 mL · min ^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the sample volume was 20 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of minocycline was 0.05-0.5 mg ·mL ^-1 (r = 0. 999 8) and the average recovery was 99.11%, RSD : 0.5%. CONCLUSIONS: This method was proved to be accurate and reliable, sensitive and reproducible, and it can be used for determining the content of this tablets.
