| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床药学服务的内容和作用。方法:通过实例,对我院开展临床药学服务的经验进行总结。结果与结论:临床药学服务有利于医院提高医疗质量、减少医疗风险。医院应建立临床药师制,支持临床药师工作。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To discuss the contents and importance of clinical pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Our experiences in carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care in our hospital were analyzed through exemplification. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmaceutical care can help improve the medical quality and reduce medical risks. Pharmacist system should be established in hospital to support the work of clinical pharmacists. |
