| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定消炎解毒丸中咖啡酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Allsphere ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(18:3:79),检测波长为323nm,柱温为25℃。结果:咖啡酸进样量在0.01504～0.15040μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.14%,RSD=0.98%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于消炎解毒丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of caffeic acid in Xiaoyan jiedu pills .METHODS： The sample was determined by HPLC on Allsphere ODS at a cloumn temperature of 25℃.The mobile phase was methanol - acetonitrile - water （18 ： 3 ： 79） at a UV detection wavelength of 323 nm.RESULTS：There was a good liner relationship within the concentration range of 0. 015 04～0.150 40μg for caffeic acid （ r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 97.14% （RSD = 0.98%, n = 6）. CON CLUSION：The established method is simple, accurate, reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Xiaoyan jiedu pills. |
