膜分离技术富集六味地黄糖类成分工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究用膜分离技术富集六味地黄糖类成分的工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以总糖含量为评价指标,以温度、压力、药液浓度为考察因素优选最佳制备工艺。结果:最佳工艺为压力0.5MPa、温度45℃,药液浓度的影响微小。采用膜分离技术富集后,六味地黄提取物收率由20%降低至16%左右,总糖含量由40%提高到60%以上。结论:该工艺操作方便、实用可行,能有效富集多糖等活性成分。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the purification of the saccharides from Liuwei dihuang formula using the membrane separation technique.METHODS:Using the orthogonal test design, the key factors which influence the membrane separation technique including temperature, pressure and concentration of the extracting solution were investigated with the content of the saccharides as index .RESULTS: The optimized conditions were as follows: the pressure was 0.5 MPa and the temperature was 45℃.The concentration of the extracting solution had little impact on the extraction.The experiment indicated that the yield of the Liuwei dihuang extract decreased from 20% to 16% and the content of the saccharides increased from 40% to 60% due to the membrane separation technique.CONCLUSION: The membrane separation technique is simple, practical and feasible, and can be used to effectively enrich the saccharides from Liuwei dihuang formula.
