摘    要:目的:对药房工作流程进行改善,提高服务质量。方法:采用精益生产管理方式对药房取药流程、工作区的布局和管理进行改造。结果与结论:经过改善后患者取药等候时间由原来的平均30min缩短到10min,并降低了药学技术人员的工作强度,使其工作重点转移到药学专业服务上。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To improve the work flow in pharmacy and enhance its service quality. METHODS: The lean management was adopted to improve the work flow of drug taking as well as the management and layout of service area. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: After improvement, patients' waiting time in drug- taking from the dispensary has been shorted from the original 30 min on average to 10 rain, and the labor intensity of the pharmaceutical technologists has been reduced and their working focus has been shifted to pharmaceutical professional service.
