摘    要:目的 探讨脓毒症小鼠外周血淋巴细胞TH1/TH2应答模式偏移的动态性变化。方法 采用尾静脉注射LPS建立小鼠肺损伤模型,用流式细胞术检测CD26^+/CD30^+,以判断TH1、TH2细胞的分化情况及TH1/TH2应答模式的偏移状况。结果 LPS组的CD26^+T细胞在注射后7h已有明显增多,并在注射后14h达到峰值,38h降至最低点,而后各时点表达率的变化则趋于平稳,保持在正常对照组水平附近。CD30^+ T细胞亦从注射后7h开始增加,并于注射后38h达峰值,随后缓慢下降(P〈0.01)。肺组织病理切片显示注射后38h小鼠发生肺组织损伤。结论 TH1/Tn2应答模式向TH2方向的偏移以及细胞免疫抑制可能是LPS诱导的肺损伤的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dynamic bias of T_H1/T_H2 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of septic mice.Methods All mouse model was made by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide(IPS).CD26~+/ CD30~+ was tested by flow cytometry in order to determine the differentiation of T_H1 and T_H2 cells as well as the bi- as of T_H1/T_H2.Results There was higher CD26~+ T cell differentiation in LPS group at 7 h after operation than that in control group.The highest and lowest differentiation of CD26~+ T cell were observed at 14 h and 38 h after injection respectively,then it remained at a low level with the control group.CD30~+ T cell differentiation was also increased at 7 h after operation and reached the peak at 38 h.Conclustion The bias of T_H1/T_H2 from T_H1 to T_H2 followed by cell immune suppression may lead to injury in lung.
