| 摘 要： | 本研究于１９９１年５～１０月在海南省疟疾流行区实施。６７例恶性疟患者分为两组，分别用氯喹和喹哌治疗。给药后平均退热时间分别为３７．５±２８．５和４１．８±８．０ ｈ，无显著性差异，平均疟原虫消失时间为６３．５±１５．２和７３．４±１８．７ ｈ。所有病例随访２８ ｄ，治愈率分别为 ５６．８％和 ３６．７％，有统计学意义。
