部队在职人员代谢综合征患病率调查及患者血清肾上腺髓质素前体N端20肽、脂联素水平的变化

【目的】调查驻湘部队部分在职人员代谢综合征（MS）的患病率及MS患者血清肾上腺髓质素前体N端20肽（PAMP）和脂联素（ANP）水平的变化。【方法】采用现况研究方法对驻湘部队部分在职人员1891名男性进行调查，检测人体测量参数，并测定空腹血糖（FPG）和生化指标、用放免法（RIA）测定血清PAMP和ANP等水平。【结果】MS患病率为13．27％。MS患者的PAMP水平升高，而ANP水平下降。【结论】对MS进行筛查可明确防治对象，应及时进行健康教育并采取有效干预措施降低该人群的患病率。

Survey on the Prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome in In-service Staff in the Troops and the Changes of Serum Proadrenomedullin Precursor N-terminal 20 Peptide and Adiponectin

[Objeetive] To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome （MS） in in-service staffs in Hunan troops and the changes of serum proadrenomedullin precursor N-terminal 20 peptide （PAMP） and adiponectin （ANP） levels. [Methods]The status research method was used in the survey on the prevalence of MS in 1891 in-service men in Hunan troops. The anthropometric parameters, fasting plasma glucose （FPG） and biochemical parameters were measured. The radioimmunoassay （RIA） was used to detect the serum levels of PAMP and ANP. [Results] The prevalence of MS was 13. 27%. In MS patients, the level of PAMP increased and the level of ANP decreased. [Conclusion]The screening for MS can identify the objects of prevention and control. Health education and effective intervention measures should be taken to reduce the prevalence of the Population.
