| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)肠外营养支持在急危重病人中的临床应用.方法:选择60例病人经贵要静脉、肘正中静脉、头静脉置入中心静脉导管.结果:本组56例病人获成功,占93.33%,其中实施肠外营养32例,占53.33%,无感染、无静脉炎发生.2例穿刺点外渗,2例因穿刺点选择不当使操作失败.结论:经外周置入中心静脉导管在外科急危重病人治疗中具有重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To review clinical experience of PICC parenteral nutritoin in the acute and severe patients.Methods:Basilic vein,median vein and brachiocephalic vein were selected for PICC.Results:Insertion and use of PICC were successful in 56 cases with success rate of 93.33%.The parenteral nutrition was carriedout in 32 cases.There was no infection and phlebitis.2 cases failed in puncture. Conclusion:There was important clinical significance with the use of PICC in acute and severe patients. |
