| 摘 要： | 目的 评价冠状动脉造影 (CAG)和内支架置入 (CASI)治疗对冠状动脉夹层的诊断及治疗价值。方法 10 82例冠状动脉造影及 434例冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)检出 12例冠状动脉夹层患者 ,均行内支架置入治疗。结果 12例冠状动脉夹层患者全部成功置入内支架 ,夹层闭合 ,患者症状缓解。结论 冠脉造影是诊断冠状动脉夹层的最佳方法 ,而内支架置入对治疗冠脉夹层安全有效

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate coronary arteriography(CAG) and intracoronary stent implantation (CASI) in the diagnosis and therapy of coronary artery dissection.Methods 12 patients with coronary artery dissection were selected from 1082 cases of CAG and 434 cases of coronary angioplasty,and intracoronary stent implantation was performed to them.Results All the patients with coronary artery dissection were successefully implanted intracoronary stents,as a result the dissections were closed and the patient's symptom were alleviated.Conclusion CAG could be the best method in the diagnosis of coronary artery dissection, and stent implantation was safe and effective in the therapy of coronary artery dissection. |
