摘    要:目的:动态观察改水降氟病情防治效果。方法:Dean氏法进行儿童氟斑牙诊断。结果:儿童氟斑牙患病率处于稳中有降的趋势。结论:改水降氟是防治地方性氟中毒的根本性措施。加强管理,提高工程质量,积极进行健康教育是今后解决的重要问题。

Abstract:Objective; To dynamic observe the preventive effect of lowering fluoride level in drinking water by altering water resources.Methods: The dentel fluorosis of children was examined with Deans index. Results: The incidence of childers dental fluorosis keep. Conclusions: changing water to reduce fluoride content is an effective measure to prevent and control endemic fluorisis. Tostrengthen management,improve the quality of changing water projects and carry out health education activilly are the chief problem that will be solved from now on.
