聋儿单耳助听与双耳助听听觉记忆的差别

摘    要:目的评价单耳与双耳配戴助听器聆听时对短时记忆的影响。方法对29名年龄为5-8岁的语训聋儿在单耳助听和双耳助听的情况下分别进行记忆测试。结果双耳助听的听觉记忆与单耳助听的听觉记忆有显著性差异(P<0.01)。左、右耳单耳助听的听觉记忆无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论被双耳接受的听觉信号经听觉传导通路到达大脑皮层并在大脑皮层中被加工处理的过程中,听觉信号可能被整合而引起了聋儿更好的短时记忆。

Abstract:Objective to comment the influence with the monaural and the binaural amplificationon the short-term auditory memory. Method A memory test was made between the monaural andthe binaural amplication on the 29 hearing-impaired children whose aged between 5-8(average agewas 7). Results The auditory memory on double ears had the significance difference between themonaural amplification (P<0.01). The result on left, right ear amplification did not have thesignificance difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The signal of sound which was accepted by the doubleears after the sense of hearing conduction circuit arrived the cerebral cortex had been processedto cause childrens' better short-term memory.
