| 摘 要： | 患者男,38岁。双侧腋窝、肛周及阴囊赘生物1月余。TRUST阳性1:64,梅毒螺旋体血凝试验(TPPA)阳性,HIV阴性。诊断:二期梅毒,扁平湿疣。予苄星青霉素240万u治疗,3周后皮损全部消退。

| Abstract: | A male patient of 38-year-old with bilateral axillary,crissum,scrotum neoplasms for more than a month.Auxiliary examination revealed a positive result for TRUST,with a high titre of 1:64,and also a positive result for TPPA.HIV is negative.And the diagnosis of secondary syphilis,condyloma latum was made.All skin lesions were disappeared after 3 weeks with the treatment of Benzathine penicillin 2.4 million. |
