| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨连续褥式缝合技术在包皮环切术中应用的效果。方法:30例包皮过长或包茎患者,施行包皮环切术,切口采用连续褥式缝合技术进行缝合。结果:临床应用30例,随访3～6月,所有病例切口一期愈合,无出血、感染等并发症,外形美观,患者满意。结论:连续褥式缝合技术兼具间断缝合及连续缝合的优势,适宜在包皮环切术中应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the applicable effects of continuous mattress suturing technique in circumcision.Methods 30 cases with redundant prepuce or phimosis had circumcision operation which was using continuous mattress suturing technique for stitching.Results 30 cases applied clinically,Patient were followed up for 3 to 6 months,the incision of all cases healed by first intention without complication of bleeding and infection.The figure was beautiful and patients was satisfactory.Conclusion Continuous mattress suturing had the both advantages of interrupted suturing and continuous suturing,and suitable applied to circumcision. |
