| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察过氧化氢诱导正常人淋巴细胞DNA的损伤情况。方法 :不同浓度的过氧化氢处理正常人淋巴细胞后 ,用MTT法和彗星实验检测了淋巴细胞的损伤情况。结果 :过氧化氢对正常人淋巴细胞的损伤呈剂量依赖效应。结论 :彗星实验是一种非常灵敏的检测DNA损伤的方法 ,可将该方法用于一些天然药物的抗氧化作用的研究 ,尤其是对氧化所致DNA损伤保护性作用的研究

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the effect of H-2O-2 on DNA damag e in human lymphocytes. Method:The damage of lymphocytes was detected by MTT method and Comet Assay after lymphocytes were incubated with H-2O-2 in different concentration. Result:The damage effect of H-2O-2 on lymphocytes is dose-dependent. Conclusion:Comet Assay is a kind o f sensitive method to detect DNA breaks damage. We can use this method to study the anti-oxidative effect of many kinds of natural medicine in the future, espe cially the anti-oxidative effect against oxidant-induced DNA damage. |
