丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼与静吸复合麻醉用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床观察

目的:比较微量泵输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼与静吸复合两种麻醉方法用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscop ic chol-ecystectomy,LC)的效果。方法:选择胆囊炎或合并胆囊结石的患者30例,观察麻醉诱导及气管插管时的血压、心率变化,术毕停药后患者自主呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间等。结果:微量泵输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉术后患者苏醒快、拔管早,定向恢复快,血流动力学无明显改变,更具有效性、安全性、可行性。结论:与常规静吸复合麻醉下行LC比较,微量泵输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉诱导更加平稳,苏醒迅速,更加有效安全。

Clinical observation of the propofol-remifentanil and the combined intravenous inhalation anesthesia applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To compare the anesthetic effects by the infusion of propofol-remifentanil in minim pump and the combined intravenous inhalation anesthesia applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Choose thirty cases of cholecystitis or incorporated with calculi to observe the variation of blood pressure and heart rate during anesthetic induction and intubation,the patients′ independent recovery time,eye opening time upon calling and extubation time after the drug suspension.Results:The patients undergone the infusion of propofol-remifentanil had an eariler waking,extubation,and directionui recoverier than the patients undergone combine intravenous without hemdynamics change.It is more effective,safer and more feasible.Conclusions:Comparing with the regular intravenous inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the anesthetic induction by infusing propofol-remifentanil in minim pump is more stable.It makes the patients wake up more quickly and is more effective and safer.
