| 摘 要： | 本文从人力资源的概念出发，通过对高校图书馆人力资源现状的分析，认为人力资源开发是高校图书馆发展的核心，人力资源要以知识管理为指导思想、知识服务为实施目标。从创新图书馆管理模式挖掘知识型馆员的潜力、创新人力资源管理氛围三个方面阐述了高校图书馆人力资源管理的创新。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the current human resource situation in the university libraries, the pa- per states that the exploitation of human resources is the core to develop university libraries and the human resource management should follow the idea of knowledge management and the goal of knowledge service. University libraries may innovate the management of human resources by innovating library organization models, developing knowledgeable librarian and renewing atmosphere of human resource management. |
