不同年龄组良性前列腺疾病患者血清PSA的检测及意义

目的：探讨良性前列腺疾病患者血清前列腺特异性抗原（ＰＳＡ）与年龄的关系。方法：采用酶联免疫法对２４２例４０～７９岁的良性前列腺疾病患者进行ＰＳＡ测定。结果：不同年龄组其血清ＰＳＡ水平不同，各组上限值为：４０～４９岁组２．５０μｇ／Ｌ，５０～５９岁组３．４９μｇ／Ｌ，６０～６９岁组４．５７μｇ／Ｌ，７０～７９岁组５．５５μｇ／Ｌ。６０～６９岁组、７０～７９岁组较４０～４９岁组、５０～５９岁组患者血清ＰＳＡ测定值显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５或＜０．０１）。结论：良性前列腺疾病患者其血清ＰＳＡ值有随年龄增加而升高的趋势，在应用ＰＳＡ分析前列腺疾病时，考虑ＰＳＡ与年龄的关系，将有助于提高前列腺疾病的诊断正确率。

Clinical significance of PSA detection in benign prostate hypertrophy

Purpose: The relationship between PSA level and age of the patients with benign prostate diseases. Methods: PSA of 242 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia aged from 4079 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results: PSA level were different with different age groups.The upper limit of each group were as follows:4049 age group:2.50 g/L; 5059 age group:3.49 g/L;6069 age group:4.57 g/L;7079 age group:5.55 g/L.There were clinical differences between the later two groups and former two groups,and the later two groups the PSA were significantly in creased (P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions: The serum PSA level of patients with benign prostate diseases had the tendency to increase with the increase of age.In analysing the prostate dieases the relationship between PSA and age should be considered,which will increase of diagnosis of prostate diseases.
