摘    要:目的建立测定八宝散中龙脑含量的气相色谱法。方法以水杨酸甲酯为内标,色谱柱为DB-1毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm),采用FID检测器,程序升温(初始温度80℃,停留1min,然后以8℃/min升至180℃),载气为高纯氦气,流速1mL/min。结果龙脑质量浓度在0.3018~2.012g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.35%,RSD为1.02%(n=6)。结论HPLC法方便、准确,重现性好,可作为龙脑的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a GC method for determining the content of borneol in Babao Powder. Methods Using methyl salicylate as the internal standard, the content of borneol was assayed by DB-1 capillary column(30 m ×0. 25 mm, 0.25μm) with FID detector and programmed temperature, in which the temperature was promoted by 8℃/min to 180℃ at the initial temperature of 80℃ remaining 1 min, using higher pure helium as the carrier gas. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results The standard curve of borneol was linear over the range of 0. 301 8 - 2. 012 g/L. The average recovery rate of the adding sample was 97.35%, RSD was 1.02% ( n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be reliable for the quality control of Babao Powder.
