| 摘 要： | [目的]观察益肾导痰调冲汤联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。[方法]将60例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例及对照组30例,治疗组给予益肾导痰调冲汤及克罗米芬同服,对照组仅给予克罗米芬。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。[结论]益肾导痰调冲汤是治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效方剂。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the cure effect of Yishen Daotan Tiaochong Decoction combined with Clomiphene on PCOS.[Method] Divide randomly 60 cases into treatment group and control group(both n=30);the treatment one takes Yishen Daotan Tiaochong Decoction combined with Clomiphene;other one only Clomiphene.[Result] The total effective rate was 96.67% for treatment group,and 73.33% for control one;there's marked difference between them.[Conclusion] The said method has better effect on the disease. |
