痰热咳嗽颗粒治疗慢支痰热咳嗽的临床研究

目的：客观评价痰热咳嗽颗粒治疗慢支痰热咳嗽的临床疗效及其安全性，方法：采用随机单盲对照，治疗组用痰热咳嗽颗粒，对照组用急支颗粒，疗程均为１０ｄ。结果：治疗组总体疗效优于对照组；单项症状中，咯痰，胸闷，便秘３项症状的改善也优于对照组。实验室检查：治疗组治疗前后肺功能３项指标均有显著的改善；白细胞绝对值计数明显降低。安全性检查显示该药无明显的毒副作用。

Clinical Study on Tanrekesou Keli for Phlegm Heat Cough of Chronic Bronchitis

The clinical effect and safety of Tanrekesou Keli (Granulae for Phlegm Heat Cough) for phlegm heat cough in chronic bronchitis were objectively evaluated. Method: The method of random control was used to compane the effect between the treatment group (Tanrekesou Keli) and control group (Jizhi Keli, Granulae for Acute bronchitis). The couse of treatment was 10 days. Result : the total effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01), and the improvement of symptoms such as :expectoration, chest fullness and constipation was better than that in control group. Expetimental test: in the treatment group, the three indexes of pulmonary function improved, the absolute value of WBC reduced. The safety test showed that no any toxic and side dffect had been found. Therefore, the granulas is one of the safe and effectively new drugs for treating phlegm heat cough.
