短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检测

摘    要:目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法观察对象分为2组,短暂性脑缺血发作患者(以下简称TIA组)57例,对照组为同期门诊健康体检者50例,2组分别行颈动脉超声检查,检查项目包括动脉内膜中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,I MT)、管腔狭窄程度、斑块位置、斑块类型及性质等。结果TIA组I MT明显高于对照组(P<0.01);TIA组颈动脉管腔狭窄率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);斑块发生率TIA组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);软斑占总斑块百分率,TIA组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短暂性脑缺血发作与颈动脉粥样硬化密切相关,颈动脉超声检查是一项可靠的评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的方法。

Abstract:Objective To research the relation between transient ischemic attack(TIA)and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods The subjects were divided into two groups.TIA group consisted of 57 cases,while control group consisted of 50 cases.Ultrasonography of the carotid artery was conducted on the two groups,detction items included intima-media thickness(IMT),degree of carotid stenosis,the location of plaque and feature of plaque.Results IMU(mm)in TIA group was higher than that of control group remarkably(P<0.01).The rates of carotid stenosis in TIA groups was higher than that of control group remarkably(P<0.01).The plaque incidence of TIA was higher than that of control group remarkably(P<0.01).The rate of malacoplakia in TIA group was higher than that of control group remarkably(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and transient ischemic attack.Carotid ultrasonography is a reliable approach to assess the atherosclerotic plaques of carotid.
