扶正固肾祛邪合剂对反复呼吸道感染小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的]实验通过观察肾虚型小鼠模型CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8等的变化,以探讨扶正固肾祛邪合剂对肾虚型反复呼吸道感染(CRRTI)小鼠的作用机制。方法]选择净质量16～18 g健康雄性ICR小鼠60只随机分成6组:空白对照组,模型组,阳性对照组,扶正固肾祛邪合剂高剂量组,扶正固肾祛邪合剂中剂量组,扶正固肾祛祛合剂低剂量组。正常组给予生理盐水0.5 mL/只,模型组灌生理盐水0.5 mL/只;扶正固肾祛邪合剂高剂量组灌该合剂每日0.5 mL/只(含生药为4 kg/L);扶正固肾祛邪合剂中剂量组灌该合剂每日0.5 mL/只(含生药为2 kg/L);扶正固肾祛邪合剂低剂量组灌该合剂每日0.5 mL/只(含生药为1 kg/L);玉屏风组灌玉屏风口服液每日0.5 mL/只。连续给药28 d后,称质量,摘眼球取血后,颈椎脱臼法处死小鼠,测小鼠血清CD4、CD8。结果]CD4:模型组低于治疗组、阳性对照组(玉屏风组),有显著性差异(P0.05),中药治疗组与阳性对照组(玉屏风组)比较,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。CD8:模型组高于治疗组及阳性对照组(玉屏风组),有显著性差异(P0.05),中药治疗组与阳性对照组(玉屏风组)比较,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。CD4/CD8:中药各治疗组与阳性对照组(玉屏风组)比较,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。结论]扶正固肾祛邪合剂能升高免疫功能低下小鼠CD4、CD4/CD8,降低CD8。

Effect of Fuzheng Gushen Quxie mistura on immune function of mice with repeated respiratory infection

Objective] To explore the effect mechanism of Fuzheng Gushen Quxie (strengthening the body resistance,reinforcing the kidney and dispelling the pathogenic factors) mistura (FZGSQX) on kidney deficiency in mice with repeated respiratory infection by observing the change of CD⁴⁺,CD⁸⁺,CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺.Methods] The model of mice with low immune function was reproduced by injecting hydrocortisone into abdominal cavities of healthy ICR mice.The mice were divided into six groups:the normal saline group,the FZGSQX group (high-dosage group,middle dose group,low dose group),the Yupingfeng San group.The CD⁴⁺,CD⁸⁺,CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ and cortisone were measured.Results] Compared with normal group,the level of CD⁴⁺ between the treatment group and the control group were significant different (P<0.05);Compared with normal group,the level of CD⁸⁺between the treatment group and the control group was significant different (P<0.01).Compared with the normal group,the level of CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ between the treatment group and the control group were significant different (P<0.05); No difference was found between three different dose group (P>0.05).Conclusion] FZGSQX can adjust the function of immune system in mice with low immune function.
