摘    要:在Trk受体家族基因的非同源区中分别设计对TrkA,TrkB和TrkC受体基因特异的引物,采用RT-PCR法检测大鼠小脑神经细胞系R2和转染并表达了神经营养因子低亲和力受体p75NTR的R2细胞系R2L1细胞中Trk受体家族基因的表达,琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析RT-PCR产物表明,TrkA和TrkB受体基因在R1和R2L1细胞中均有表达,而无TrkC受体基因的表达。测序结果进一步证实了RT-PCR的结果,表明本方法能准确地检测Trk受体家庭基因的表达。

Abstract:We detected the expression of trkA, trkB and trkC genes in R2 and R2L1 cell lines derived from rat cerebellum by RT-PCR. R2L1 cell line was derived from R2 cells transfected with human p75NTR gene. Argarose gel and sequencing analysis showed the expression of trkA and trkB genes in both R2 and R2L1 cells, but the expression trkC was not detected.
