| 摘 要： | 目的：报道青少年臀肌挛缩症手术治疗的手术方法及临床效果。方法：对83例臀肌挛缩症患者，选择沿大转于弧形切口，单纯松解挛缩组织，慎重处理臀中、小肌挛缩，术后早期功能锻炼。结果：本组73例获得随访1—9年，72例功能恢复满意。结论：本手术方法能满足各种程度的臀肌挛缩的松解，且直视下手术操作安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To report a surgical method to treat gluteal muscle contracture in children. Method The curve incision of large tuberosity was performed , and the contracture muscle and tissue were relieved in 83 cases . The cases were observed and function training was carried out postoperan'on. Results 73 cases were followed up in a period of 1 to 9 years and 72 cases had satisfactory results. Conclusion The curve incision of large tuberosity is an effective surgical method to loosen the gluteal muscle contracture in children. |
