| 摘 要： | 目的：为了探讨路路通注射液在冠心病治疗中的作用；方法：３６例冠心病患者，用路路通注射液治疗，观察治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量、红细胞变形性（ＲＣＤ）、血粘度变化情况；结果：治疗后ＳＯＤ活性明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＭＤＡ含量明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＲＣＤ指数ＩＦ变小（Ｐ＜０．００１），血沾度改善显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）；结论：路路通注射液在冠心病治疗中有一定价值

| Abstract: | Objcective:To evaluate the effects of lulutong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Thirty six cases of CHD were treated with lulutong injection,and the change of the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Level of serum malon diadehyde(MDA),red cells deformability(RCD),blood vescosity after treatment were observed. Result:After the treatment ,the activity of SOD increased significantly(P<0 001),the levels of MDA(P<0.001)and the RCD indexfiltration index(IF)decreased(P<0.001),and the blood vescosit were improved.Conclusion: lu-lutong injection may play an important role in the treatment of CHD. |
