| 摘 要： | [目的]讨论改良体位颈椎前路入路在颈椎病治疗中的应用。[方法]回顾性分析50例脊髓型颈椎病选择改良体位颈椎前路患者术后的治疗效果。[结果]术后随访脊髓神经根功能改善率为78.4%,优良率达94%,骨性愈合率达100%。[结论]改良体位充分显露颈椎椎间隙,减少颈椎前路手术创伤,提高减压效果、缩短手术时间,促进骨性愈合。
