2009年北京市金融街地区甲型H1N1流感流行病学特征

摘    要:目的了解2009年北京市金融街地区甲型H1N1流感的流行病学特征,为防控提供依据。方法从中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统中收集金融街地区2009年甲型H1N1流感病例信息,用Excel建立个案信息库进行统计,采用现场流行病学的方法进行分析。结果 2009年,金融街地区共发生甲型H1N1流感63例,无死亡病例。时间分布上发病病例多集中在9~11月,占全部病例的85.7%,发病年龄分布上10~19岁年龄组发病率最高(411.29/10万),职业分布上学生的发病例数占全部病例的57.14%,性别分布上男性多于女性,男女性别比为1.4:1。结论秋冬季加强疫情监测,在学生中广泛接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗,开展健康行为教育,是防控甲型H1N1流感的重要措施。

Abstract:Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of influenza A (H1N1) in Financial Street area,Beijing 2009,in order to provide evidence for its prevention and control.Methods Information related to influenza A (H1N1) in Financial Street area,Beijing 2009 were collected from National Disease Surveillance Information System,and Windows Office Excel software was used to establish database and analyze the data.Results There were 63 cases of Influenza A (H1N1) in Financial Street area,Beijing 2009,without death.Influenza A (H1N1) cases were mainly concentrated in September to November which accounted for 85.7 percent of the total,with the highest incidence at age of 10 ~ 19 years (411.29 /100 000),cases in students accounted for 57.14 percent of the total,and male patients were more than females with a sex ratio of 1.4.Conclusion The study suggests that it is necessary to strengthen influenza A (H1N1) surveillance in the autumn and winter,to immunize extensively the students with influenza A (H1N1) vaccine,and to carry out health behavior education in public as important measures for its prevention and control.
