| 摘 要： | 目的了解全国中小学生健康知识、态度、技能及行为,全面认识学校健康教育开展的现况,为完善学校健康教育的对策提供科学依据。方法在全国26个省市采用2阶段整群抽样法,共调查中小学校153所,接受调查学生共计8 008名。结果学生健康知识的水平发展不平衡,呈现省际间差别,性别、年级间差异也有统计学意义。而对健康的态度与知识水平间存在交互作用。学生在健康生活方式与心理调节能力方面亟需提高。结论应加强学校健康教育的力度和管理,将学校健康教育作为重要的疾病预防策略。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of the development of school-based health education in China through investigating knowledge, attitudes and practice among students in primary and secondary school.Methods By using cluster-stratified sampling,8 008 students from 153 primary or secondary schools were investigated.Results The general level of knowledge among the students showed unbalanced.There were significant differences in region,gender and age.The attitude had an interactive impact on the knowledge level,and healthy life style and psycho-social ability among students should be further improved.Conclusion Administration and guidance on school-based health education should be strengthened in the future. |
