江苏省城乡居民高血压患病知晓率及其影响因素

目的了解江苏省城乡居民高血压患病知晓情况，为开展高血压社区综合防制工作提供依据。方法在江苏省14个慢病监测点采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法和KISH表法确定调查对象，通过询问调查获得18岁及以上城乡居民基本情况和健康状况等信息，并现场进行血压等项目体格测量。结果江苏省18岁及以上城乡居民高血压粗患病率为49．1％，高血压患病知晓率为42．0％；多因素logistic回归分析显示，年龄35岁以上、职业为离退休人员、居住在苏中和苏北地区、戒烟人群、体质指数（BMI）≥24kg／m2、已经参加了医疗保险和无高血压家族史是影响高血压患病知晓率的主要因素。结论江苏省18岁及以上居民高血压患病率较高，而高血压患病知晓率较低，应对重点人群采取多种措施，不断提高居民高血压患病知晓率，早期发现患者，预防并发症的发生。

Analysis on hypertension awareness and its influential factors of urban and rural residents in Jiangsu province

Objective To understand hypertension awareness of urban and rural residents in Jiangsu province, in order to provide the basis for community comprehensive prevention for hypertention. Methods A multistage stratified random sampling and KISH method were conducted in 14 disease surveillance points （DSP） of Jiangsu province. The information was collected by questionnaire and physical check-ups. Results The hypertention raw prevalence rate above 18 years old was 49.1%, the rate of hypertention awareness was 42.0%; Multiariable logistic regression analysis showed that the main factor affects of hypertention awareness were over 35 years old, for retirees, quit smoking population, residence of north and midland in Jiangsu, BMI ≥ 24 kg/m^2, to participate in health care, without a family history of high blood pressure. Condusion The hypertention prevalence rate which is increasing more and more rapidly is one of the most important public health problem for Jiangsu province, the work for hypertehtion prevention and control should be emphasized key populations. Effective measures should be taken to raise the rates of hypertension awareness and under-control.
