| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察地尔硫注射剂治疗老年慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法 :对 32例老年慢性肾功能不全病人 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,以地尔硫注射液 30mg稀释于 5 %葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液2 5 0mL中静脉滴注 ,滴速为 5～ 7μg·kg- 1·min- 1,qd× 10d。结果 :治疗 10d后 ,血清肌酐、尿素氮水平和收缩压、舒张压均有明显下降 ,差异均有非常显著意义 (均P <0 .0 1) ,而治疗前后心率无明显变化(P >0 .0 5 )。未见明显不良反应。结论 :伴有高血压的老年慢性肾功能不全病人静脉滴注地尔硫 ,在有效地控制血压同时 ,对肾功能有保护和改善作用

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe clinical effect of diltiazem injection in the treatment of senile chronic renal insufficiency (CRI). METHODS: On the basis of the routine treatment, thirty two patients with CRI(M 15, F 17; age 78 a± s 6 a) were given diltiazem 30 mg in 5% glucose injection 250 mL or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL iv, gtt, qd×10 d (5-7 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 ). Before and after the therapy, heart rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram (EKG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) were measured. RESULTS: After 10 d treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and Cr, BUN level declined considerably ( P < 0.01), and there was no obvious change in the heart rate ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: The renal function can be improved and protected when the senile patients with CRI were given diltiazen injection. |
