| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察静脉维持滴注地尔硫、口服单硝酸异山梨酯和小剂量阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法 :30例不稳定型心绞痛经6～ 12h常规单硝酸异山梨酯和小剂量阿司匹林联合治疗无效者 ,在原治疗基础上加用地尔硫 2 0 0mg·d- 1,维持静脉滴注 2 4h ,连续 2d。结果 :心绞痛缓解有效率 87% ,其中 1,6,2 4h内缓解分别为18例 (60 % ) ,6例 (2 0 % )和 2例 (7% ) ,无效为 4例 (13% )。结论 :口服单硝酸异山梨酯、小剂量阿司匹林和静脉滴注 2 4h地尔硫治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效、安全。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of the intravenous diltiazem combined with nitroglycerin and aspirin in treating unstable angina pectoris. METHODS: Thirty patients with unstable angina pectoris who had no respose after being treated, with nitroglycerine and low doses of aspirin for 6 12 h were treated with a prolonged nitroglycerine intravenously infusion at a doses of 200 mg over 24 h for 2 d. RESULTS: A total of 26/30 (87 %) patients were effective during the treatment, there were 18(60 %), 6(20 %) and 2(7 %) patients who were relieved form angina pain within 1, 6 and 24 h separately. Only 4 patients(13 %) were not effective. CONCLUSION: Intravenous diltiazem combined with nitroglycerin and aspirin is effective and safe. |
