阑尾残端荷包缝合处理在两孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的应用研究

目的 探讨阑尾残端荷包缝合处理在两孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术可行性及临床效果。方法 2019年1 月～ 2020年9月我科40例行两孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,等同于传统开腹阑尾根部荷包缝合方法,LA均行阑尾残端荷包包埋缝合。结果 40 例LA均顺利收紧荷包缝线并包埋阑尾残端,无中转开腹病例。手术时间( 50 ± 20) min,术后住院时间( 3 ± 2) d。无阑尾残端漏、腹腔残余脓肿等并发症。结论 阑尾残端荷包缝合处理在两孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术中安全可靠的优点,操作方便,患者术后切口疼痛明显减轻,更加微创,费用较低,值得推广应用。

Application of purse string suture of appendix stump in two port laparoscopic appendectomy.

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of purse string suture in two port laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods From January 2019 to September 2020, 40 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy were performed in our department, which was equivalent to traditional open appendectomy with purse string suture. Results 40 cases of LA were successfully tightened purse string suture and embedded appendix stump, no conversion to open surgery. The operation time was (50 ± 20) min and the postoperative hospital stay was (3± 2) d. There were no complications such as appendiceal stump leakage and abdominal residual abscess. Conclusion The purse string suture of appendix stump in two hole laparoscopic appendectomy has the advantages of safety and reliability, and significantly reduced postoperative incision pain, more minimally invasive and lower cost.So it is worthy of promotion and application.
