凉血消庀汤加减联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗寻常型银屑病患者的效果

目的探索凉血消庀汤加减联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗寻常型银屑病患者的效果。方法将120例寻常型银屑病患者采用单双号随机化法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用凉血消庀汤加减联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗。比较两组银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分、白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)与辅助性T细胞17(Th17)水平、治疗总有效率及随访3、5个月的复发率。结果治疗后,观察组皮损面积、鳞屑、红斑、瘙痒评分、PASI总分、IL-17A、Th17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组随访3、5个月的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凉血消庀汤加减联合复方甘草酸苷片应用于寻常型银屑病患者的治疗中效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Effect of modified Liangxue Xiaopi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To explore the effect of modified Liangxue Xiaopi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group and observation group by single and even number randomization method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcipotriol ointment,and the observation group was treated with modified Liangxue Xiaopi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on the basis of the control group.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,interleukin-17A(IL-17A)and helper T-cell 17(Th17)level,total effective rate of treatment and recurrence rate of 3 and 5 months follow-up between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the skin lesion area,scales,erythema,pruritus scores,PASI total score,IL-17A and Th17 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 3 and 5 months follow-up in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Liangxue Xiaopi decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets applied in patients with psoriasis vulgaris has a significant theatment effect,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
