达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果及对脂肪细胞功能的影响

目的观察达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果及对脂肪细胞功能的影响。方法选取本院2019年1月至2020年7月收治的70例肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予达格列净治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FPG、2 h PG、FINS、HbA1c、A-SAA、Hcy、IL-6、TNF-α、瘦素、Lp-PLA2水平均低于对照组,脂联素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的效果较好,可有效降低血糖水平,改善微炎症水平及脂肪细胞功能,且未明显增加不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with obese type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on adipocyte function

Objective To observe the effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with obese type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on adipocyte function.Methods Seventy patients with obese type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 h PG,FINS,HbA1c,A-SAA,Hcy,IL-6,TNF-α,leptin and Lp-PLA2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of adiponectin was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes has a good effect,it can effectively reduce the blood glucose level,improve the micro inflammation level and adipocyte function,and does not significantly increase the adverse reactions,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
